Welcome to Waterview Landing

Waterview Landing is a 96-home single-family community located within Babcock Ranch in Punta Gorda, Florida — America's first solar-powered town. Our neighborhood was developed by Toll Brothers and is now governed by a resident-elected Board of Directors that assumed control of the association in March 2026.

The Waterview Landing Homeowners Association exists to preserve property values, maintain community standards, and foster a neighborhood where residents feel at home. We are committed to transparent governance, sound financial stewardship, and open communication with every homeowner.

Monthly assessments of $350 fund landscaping, irrigation, common area maintenance, insurance, reserve contributions, and association administration.
